Q1: Can I order via the telephone?
Absolutely! We are delighted to accept call-in orders from our catalog or website. Just call us on the toll-free number (256) 384-4846 to order.

Q3: Do you store my credit card information?
Ā Since we take your security seriously,āwe are only able to retain your billing information for 30 days. This applies to bothāonline and phone orders.
Q4: What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if the items are not in resellable condition.
Refunds are the full purchase price less all postage.
Ā Some personalized items are not returnable unless there is a material defect.
Customised or personalised items and customer-specified products (eg, personalised lettering, colour, size) are not eligible for return.
This includes embroidered hats, shirts, decals greater than 8 inches, or caps with scrambled eggs (officer ranks).
Q5: How soon will you be shipping the item after I place the order?
Most are orders and are shipped within 1-2 business days.
In case of stock issues, available items will ship first, and then any remaining items will ship separately.
I will keep you informed of progress with your order.
Made-to-a-custom order: Please allow 2-3 weeks before shipment, depending on demand and season. We’ll e-mail you with an estimated delivery date as soon as we have more information.
Q6: How long can I get the orderā?
First Class Mail up to 7 business days.
Priority Mail: Approximately 2-5ābusiness days.
UPS DELIVERY – Shippingātime varies depending on which shipping method you choose (Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, Ground).
All4U LLC is not responsible for orders that are lost in the mail if the tracking does not show delivered.
Q7: Do you take/checks or money orders?
Yes, we do! If you wish, you may also print a check/money order form, fill it out, and mail it with your check/money order.
Youācan telephone in your order and pay by check. But the items will beāshipped until the payment is verified and the check is cleared.
Q8: Will it fit my big head, or do you have extra-large caps?
Our 5-panel poly cap is made in the USA, total adjustable, DOO standard. They also feature a 6-panel low-profile construction and will fitāmost. If you require one of our bigger sizes please let us know in the comments when youāorder.
Q9: I can’t seem to find the patch I want. Can you get it for me?
If you cannot find the patch you are looking for on our website, then we do not have it. We advise searching Google or Bingāusing the name of the patch as it appears on the left. If itās on the internet somewhere, it will generally appear in the searchāresults.
Q10: My squadron patch/pin/decal isānowhere to be found. Can you make it for me?
Yes, we can create custom patches, pins, decals, and more.

Q11: Are your caps and patches military-grade?
Yes, our caps and patches are produced by the same suppliers who produce for the military. These are about as real as they get.
Q12: Are your patchāiron-on or sew-on?
The majority of our patches are sew on. While it may look like an iron-on, it is possible to sew on for greater permanence. ALTERNATIVELY: You can bring it to a local seamstress shop for the best results.
