Thank you for your purchase and support of Vets4Vets. When you buy vets4vetsusa. com using a credit card or any other payment method, the payment is collected at the time of purchase. If a refund is necessary, refund will be returned to the original payment method. There are cases where a refund cheque is created and mailed to you.

30-Day (Non-National Custom Items) Return Policy

All items not custom ordered are backed by a 30-day money back guarantee. If you return the product during this Subsequent-Use Period, in new and resalable condition, we will refund you the purchase price.

Return shipping of an item is the responsibility of the customer.

A confirmation email containing the refund amount will be sent.

If you didn't leave your email address when you checked out, we will not be able to contact you about your refund.

Custom Embroidery and Printable Products

Custom embroidered or printed items cannot be returned except in the case of a defect.

However, we do offer a 50% money-back guarantee on the purchase price if returned for buyer's remorse or ordering error at our discretion.

Defective Products

If for any reason you are not happy with any product, simply return it to us and we will either replace the item or refund your purchase price - your choice.

We may ask you to send us a picture of the item to confirm the damage in our quality control department and training.

In certain cases, you may be required to return a faulty item.

Customized Product Returns

Custom items like a hat with an officer insignia (ex. ā€œBolts and Lightningā€ or ā€œ Scrambled Eggsā€) are returnable if there is a material defect only.

Shipping Method Selection

Vets4Vets  does not automatically ship at checkout. You need to select your preferred method then you have to check the shipping estimate before check out.

Up-to-date Product Status and Notifications

If an item is out of stock, we will confirm availability within 1-2 business days. Replenishment estimates may or may not be available on product pages.

Transits and Drop Ships

Shipping times above are estimates from the carrier and recommendations once the product has shipped. These are not counted on top of handlign time or processing times.

Please note that some items are sent from Drop Shipper Warehouses around the country, so not all items will arrive at the same time.

Processing and Shipping Times

Unpersonalized orders generally take 1-3 business days to process and 1-3 business days to ship.

If a product is out of stock, it may take longer for processing. You will be contacted by phone or email and partial shipments may be made.

In the case of partial shipments, the balance of your order will be sent using USPS First Class Mail, even though your original mode of shipment was UPS.

International Shipping

At this time, we are not shipping internationally (including Canada).

All4U LLC is not responsible for carrier errors or delays (UPS or USPS), lost or stolen packages, or mis-delivery errors.

We are not responsible for any errors by carriers, lost, or damaged International shipments.
